seeing that SR had to surrender yet again, does that mean they're not a war chain?

Alliance gold has made a 2.6T swing since start of war, in favor of the good guys and gals. If a outside source wants to confirm feel free :) Makes you wonder if SR will force RB to play under them next age with how mishandled this war has gone. Or if they will even havce a RB after this...... again...
